Mounting Bells & Brackets

We can manufacture Mounting Bells and Brackets to customer's own drawing, to our own design using existing patterns or even taking a suspension and wheel package and designing a bespoke system from scratch.

Our Mounting Bells and Brackets are CNC Machined from a choice of either HE30 or HE15 Aluminium Alloy. The choice of material is governed by the expected use (road, race or rally) or the customer's own material requirement.

We can Anodise our Mounting Bells and Brackets to the following specifications: -

• Colour Anodise only, which is a decorative rather than protective finish.
• Hard anodise to 25 microns and then add a dye to provide a protective finish with a colour. The colours available with these two processes are Black, Blue, Gold, and Red.
• Alternatively we can Hard Anodise our Mounting Bells to 50 microns, which provides the best protection for the component but as Henry Ford said this only comes in one colour that is a dark Grey.
